We are currently partnering with a leading manufacturer based in Coventry, who are recruiting for a Finance Accounting Specialist to join their growing team on a permanent basis.

This is a full-time position offering 3 days per week home working and a salary band of £35,000 - £45,000 (subject to experience) and the start date is subject to notice.

The ideal candidate will be qualified or p/q CIMA/ACA/ACCA and have at least 5 years’ experience in a relevant position.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

Supporting the timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting results to local management
Managing data from multiple core applications, balance sheet management and systems management
Supporting AP/P2P function including AP invoices processing
Aiding with intercompany and related party reporting, ensuring full monthly reconciliation and confirmation of all intercompany and related party balances
Supporting the AR function on the key customer accounts allocation and reconciliation
Liaising with the Treasury Department regarding intercompany loans and derivatives reporting
Preparing ad-hoc financial reporting and MI

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

Strong communication and presentation skills
Advanced Excel skills and ability to manage large volumes of data
Ability to adapt and adjust to different audiences
Experience with Business Objects is desirable
